What are your opening hours?
We're open 7 days a week, 7am to 8pm, including weekends and public holidays. Call 02 9069 1826 during these hours.

How much does a locksmith cost?
It depends on the job, the lock and the hardware needed. We give a price range when you call and confirm the exact price on site before starting.
Can you open my door without damaging it?
In most lockouts, yes. We use non-destructive methods first. If a faulty lock has to be drilled, we tell you first and can fit a new one straight away.
Should I change my locks after moving house?
Yes. You don't know who still holds keys to the old locks, and changing them is quick.
Do you work with landlords, agents and strata?
Yes. Lock changes between tenants, common-area doors, mailbox locks and repairs for property managers across the inner east.
Do you install smart locks?
Yes. We supply and install keypad, fingerprint and app-controlled locks, then set them up and show you how they work.

Will you ask for ID during a lockout?
Yes. Once you're inside we ask to see ID or proof of address. It protects you by making sure we only open doors for the right people.
Can you fix a lock instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. Many problems come from door alignment or a lock that needs servicing. We repair first and only recommend a replacement when a repair won't last.
